VACATION OWNERSHIP

No one undersells us because there is no middleman! With prices starting as low as $250 for an off peak season week, you can own a vacation week and travel to locations around the world. A typical one bedroom unit sells for $1,000 - $1,200 and a two bedroom for $2,500 to own a week at Mittersill Resort. There are no closing costs or hidden fees to acquire the unit directly from the Resort. (Prices subject to change without notice.)

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Mittersill offers hotel units in addition to vacation rentals, at an inexpensive rate, year-round. Nightly rates start as low as $60.00 (including NH tax). Discount rates for weekly occupancy are also available.

Some owners sometimes put their condo unit up for rental and we can also help you rent their unit.
